Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) Classes

Build on your recovery and continue to learn.

In ATM, explore your own unique abilities and limitations in movement. These group classes are beginning level and meant to introduce the concept of engaging our brains to reeducate our bodies to move more ideally.

WEDNESDAY EVENING FROM 6:30 TO 7:30 PM AND SUNDAY MORNING FROM 10:00 TO 11:00 AM

Instructor: Virginia Yao, Ph.D., is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais ® Practitioner.

Cost: $15 per single class. Please join us! Drop-ins are welcome if space is available.
